Have you ever become frustrated by the level of 'service' offered by a large high street retail outlet, been made to wait ages to speak to a representative from your bank and them not offer to call you back, or had some other customer service nightmare? Or have you been pleasantly surprised by a company's caring attitude, received a level of service greater than you expected or just simply been swept off your feet by the quality of something you bought? Well come and spread the love (or hate).
Reviewr offers everybody the chance to have their say on what they actually think about the companies and products they use everyday. More and more it seems that larger corporations can get away with a slap-dash attitude towards their customers, whilst smaller operators struggle to spread the word about their higher levels of service. Reviewr seeks to redress the balance through good honest feedback from the customers themselves, so that everyone can make better buying choices in the future.
Reviewr is independent of any other company, so what you read on here is what people really think. You may notice google ads spread about the site - these are not manipulated in any way, and besides, now that you are empowered as a consumer, there is no obligation to click them! We will, in the future, be providing links to company pages, but these will only be to companies who have received the very best feedback and deserve the extra business.
Also planned is a pro-active campaign to approach companies with the very worst feedback, and use 'crowd clout' to make them implement the changes consumers want.
